Momveo

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Momveo (“we”, “us”, “our”) at momveo.com. By using the service you agree to them.

1. What we do

Momveo turns photos you upload into a video using a template you choose, and delivers it to you by email. We may change, add or remove templates and features over time.

2. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the photos, music and text you upload. By uploading them, you confirm you have the right to use them and to let us process them to create your video. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is harmful or offensive. We may refuse or remove any content and may decline to produce a video at our discretion.

3. Your finished video

The video we produce is yours to use and share. The underlying templates, designs, software and website remain our property.

4. Price and payment

Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. During our launch period the service may be free; the regular price is £14.99 per video. When payment is required, it is taken securely at checkout before your video is produced.

5. Refunds

If your video fails to produce, or there is a genuine fault with it that we cannot fix, we will re‑make it or refund you. Because each video is made to order for you, we cannot generally offer refunds simply for change of mind once a video has been produced.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be available or error‑free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or other reasons.

7. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the video in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
