This policy explains what information Momveo (momveo.com) collects, why, and how long we keep it. We keep it to the minimum we need to make your video.
What we collect
- Photos, music and text you upload to create your video.
- Your email address, so we can send you your video.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to protect the service from abuse.
How we use it
We use your uploads solely to produce the video you requested, and your email solely to deliver it. We do not sell your data or use your photos for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Your uploaded photos, your finished video and the download link are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: cloud hosting, storage, email delivery and content delivery/security. When paid checkout is enabled, card payments will be handled by a secure payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card details. These providers process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or raise a concern, at any time. Because we delete uploads automatically after 7 days, there is usually very little to hold.
