Pricing questions
Is it really free right now?
Yes — while we’re launching, you can make videos completely free. The regular price is £14.99 per video, and we’ll always say so clearly before you’re ever charged.
Will there be a subscription?
No. Momveo is pay‑per‑video. You only ever pay for the videos you make — nothing recurring.
What is an Epic film?
An Epic film plays your photos through several styles in one longer video — each style becomes a chapter, stitched together with a title opening and a clean ending. It’s our premium option (normally £29.99), free during launch.
How will I pay later?
When paid videos go live, you’ll pay securely by card at checkout before we make your video. Nothing is charged without your clear confirmation.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong with your video and we can’t put it right, we’ll refund you. Just get in touch.
